Benefits of Green Vegetables and Fruits Through My Digital Camera - our valuable body
Do you eat greens and fruits? If not then you are making a great mistake – no amount of medical supplements can replenish your body like green vegetables and fruits. Green vegetables – leafy or not is most nutritious for our bodies – similarly fruits have many plus points too - take examples from elderly or ancient people. They enrich your body with calcium – iron – magnesium and potassium with other numerous vitamins essential for our well being. Vitamins E – C – k and B series are obtained in great quantities from green vegetables - fruits and most of all they are a good source of Omega 3 fats in small quantities. The overall aging of your body depends on how much greens and fruits you eat. New cell re-growth and proper excretion of waste in your body is the key factor. If you can obtain organic greens it is far more effective but even if you cannot then stick to what you get. Here are some green vegetables clicked by me from my own backyard garden hope you like them.

If you can grow even a small amount of greens and fruits in your home indoors or in the garden it is definitely the best option. Firstly you are eating organically grown vegetables and fruits and secondly you save good bucks too; Otherwise you have to depend on the market availability. Finally, with the contamination and adulteration of food products in the market and inorganic speedy farming techniques this is the best option for all in the near future.
Enjoy

Zoological Parks
ZOOS : Whenever I hear the name zoo it reminds me of those animals who have been jailed with out any crime. People are locked up by law when they commit a crime and still no one wants to be inside a prison. I wonder sometimes what makes people think that these lovely wild animals and birds would like to be imprisoned like that when they have not committed any crime;just because they cannot speak or fight back does not mean they should be caged or punished.
The question is how valuable is human freedom? We all know that it is the most precious object in our lives, yet we do not consider this when it comes to other creatures also created by nature why? Various species of birds who migrate are supposed cover thousands of miles each year; it is a tragedy to see them locked up within a space of few square feet. Similarly many animals large and small are supposed to run around their habitat created by nature but you see them caged with in a small space. Who are human beings to run their lives just to entertain them selves. Where is the freedom?
The better way would be to let them be wild and free in their habitats and if humans want to see them or observe them then they should venture there to do so. Wildlife parks with huge areas are the best example today, where both animals and birds are free as well as protected.

All these and many such animals should be freed to live in their natural habitat since that is nature's way of life for them. We are always talking of balancing Eco-system but isn't this going against it? We humans are supposed to be the most developed among all creatures in this world and this is what we are doing - I am sure we could do better.
